In order to accommodate more taps in junction boxes and flush-mounted and surface-mounted boxes, WAGO has developed the versatile 2273 Series junction terminal block. This terminal block requires up to 51% less space than the proven 273 Series. This is possible thanks to a new contact system. The new terminal blocks can be accommodated much more easily in junction boxes and flush-mounted and surface-mounted boxes, thereby also reducing the risk of damage to individual conductors. The advantages are obvious: - Conductor cross-sections from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² (solid) can be individually combined, so only one series is required to connect all cross-sections. - Transparent housing for visual inspection. - Large inspection opening for all standard measuring probes. - Inspection window in the cover for checking the touch protection. - Fast detection of the terminal type, since each terminal size has its own color.
